Donatekart gift card terms & conditions
- The Gift Card can be redeemed online to donate on crowdfunding site donatekart.com operated by Pratyarpana Services Pvt Ltd .
- The Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- The Gift Card once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.
- Once purchased, the recipient email can be only be modified/changed by sending an email to info@donatekart.com Donatekart may take 48 -72 hours to modify/change the recipient email id
- If the donation value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other payment options
- The donation value has to be more than or at least equal to the card value in order to complete the transactionsuccessfully
- You can redeem only 1 Gift Card per transaction.
- Gift Cards will expire 365 days from the time of issue and the outstanding unused balance will be forfeited.
- Unused balance of Gift Cards cannot be transferred t another Gift Card.
- Donatekart.com and Qwikcilver are not responsible if the card is used without permission.
- Donatekart will have the right to cancel the Gift Card obtained fraudulently and the funds have to be creditedback to the same source from where these were received.
- Donatekart does not warrant that the services and products provided to you pursuant to this Agreement will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or security problems.
- You agree and acknowledge that you shall be solelyresponsible for maintaining secrecy of the code provided to activate the Gift Card.
- Validity of Gift Cards will not be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered via email instantly.But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours.
