The maximum amount that can be loaded is Rs. 50,000/- per card
The amount loaded is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of loading
The card is not reloadable
Card balance is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
If the card is lost, damaged or stolen no replacement or refund shall be given
The bearer of the card shall be considered bonafide recipient for the benefits/ redemption
