- The maximum amount that can be loaded is Rs. 50,000/- per card
- The amount loaded is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of loading
- The card is not reloadable
- Card balance is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- If the card is lost, damaged or stolen no replacement or refund shall be given
- The bearer of the card shall be considered bonafide recipient for the benefits/ redemption
- RRL reserves the right to modify/alter/amend/ the terms and conditions (T&Cs) without prior information
