TERMS & CONDITIONS-For SpiceJet Gift Cards
This SpiceJet Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is valid for the period mentioned on the Card. Any unused balance therein will expire after expiry date.
Gift Card is redeemable only on bookings of Flights and Add-ons Services available on SpiceJet website www.spiceJet.com.
Gift Card is redeemable on Add-ons Services (listed below) only on Pre-Booking the services, while booking Flight or in Manage Booking at www.spiceJet.com
Meals, SpiceMax, Priority Check-in, Bag-out first, Spice Assurance, Insurance and Excess baggage.
A customer can use a maximum of 3 (three) Gift Card in one transaction for the booking of Flights or above mentioned Services.
Gift Card cannot be redeemed to make bookings on SpiceJet Mobile App, reservations and airport ticketing counter of SpiceJet.
Redemption Process:
Select the Flight and other add-on services and fill the required details on the website of SpiceJet.
Select the 'SpiceJet Gift Card' payment option as the payment mode for the flight booking and add-on services.
Customer will enter the Gift Card No. (14 Digit) and 6 Digit PIN No.
Click on the option 'Make Payment' and pay the balance amount, if any, by using other payment modes available on the website of SpiceJet.
Customer must enter the 14 digit Gift Card code (printed on Gift Card) and 6 digit PIN at the time of booking Services on the website of SpiceJet.
Convenience Fee would be applicable on all transactions as per SpiceJet Policy.
This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer, promo-code, voucher on www.spiceJet.com or elsewhere.
After one transaction, balance (if any) would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for subsequent transaction(s).
Any unutilized balance available in Gift Card shall be non-refundable and shall be forfeited on the expiry of the Gift Card.
Any amount deducted from the Gift Card(s) on unsuccessful transaction(s) would be automatically refunded into the Gift Card within 24 hours.
In case of cancellation of Flight Booking, the Gift Card used for making the booking would be reloaded with the amount after deducting applicable cancellation fee.
Cancellations of Flights booked using Gift Card partially or fully, can be done only online at spicejet.com
Flights and services are subject to availability.
The Gift Card cannot be refunded, cancelled, returned, renewed, extended or exchanged for cash.
SpiceJet or its affiliates are not responsible, if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
SpiceJet is the final authority on the interpretation of the Gift Card Program.
SpiceJet reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards. The Gift Card is issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited.
Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Gift Card of SpiceJet.
In no event the liability of SpiceJet for any claims arising under this offer shall exceed the value of the Gift Card.
In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
This Gift Card is for individual use only and in case of any misuse it would lead to cancellation and forfeiture of amount.
