- UniPin Voucher- Terms of service
- Eligibility and Redemption. UniPin Voucher (“UV”) is a prepaid/ gift card issued in India, valid only for users who are residents of India and making a purchase from unipin.com/India. UV are issued by UniPin (India) Private Limited (“UIPL”)
- Redemption
- Direct top up to game with UV
- To redeem a UV through direct top up, you will need access to the internet, visit www.UniPin.com and choose a game to top up or a game voucher to purchase
- A user can only top-up games available in India using the UV
- Next choose desired denomination that has the same value with your UV value and select "Physical Voucher", and then select "UniPin Voucher”.
- Insert UniPin Voucher Serial and PIN, then select "Confirm" to complete the transaction.
- UV can be reloaded into your game account while game voucher will be sent to your email
- Redeem game voucher from UniPin game account with UV
- User has to be a UniPin registered user to redeem UV into his/her UniPin game account
- Login to UniPin game account at www.UniPin.com
- Click Top Up and select reload with UV
- Insert UniPin Voucher Serial and PIN, then select "Confirm" to complete the transaction
- UV will be reloaded into your UniPin game account and you can now use it to purchase your desired game codes or game voucher
- Limitations. Each UV can only be redeemed once. Any unutilised balance will be forfeited post expiry or redemption. The UV is not redeemable for cash or other cards, is not reloadable or refundable, cannot be combined with other UV nor other payment instruments, and cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred for value, except as permitted by the applicable law. Once a UV is purchased, the risk of loss and title for the UV passes to the purchaser. UIPL disclaims all express or implied warranties as to the UV and www.unipin.com. UIPL has the sole discretion to change the terms and conditions of the UV subjected to the applicable law.
- Fees or Expiration. No fees shall apply to this UV. UV has a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Fraud. UIPL is not responsible in the event a UV is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. UIPL shall have the absolute right to suspend or terminate the customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a UV used to make purchases on www.unipin.com.has been obtained fraudulently.
- Online Assistance and Customer Care. For online assistance with a UV issue, please visit https: //www.unipin.com/support OR email CS.in@unipin.com
- Limitation of Liability. UIPL shall not liable in the event your UV is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. UIPL makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the UV except those imposed by law. In the event a UV is non-functional due to a technical problem, UIPL will exchange the UV with the same amount of balance as per the non-functioning UV. UIPL shall not be liable in the event the UV does not perform in the manner as described in these terms of service which are caused by a third party such as internet disruption caused by (i)malfunction of a computer, mobile or other device used to access the internet, or (ii) an internet service or mobile network provider.
- General Terms. These terms incorporate and are subjected to the UniPin Terms of Service. Use of the services described herein are further subject to the terms of service under the UniPin Privacy Policy When you purchase, receive or redeem a UV, you agree that the laws of the Republic of India shall apply, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and that such laws will govern these UV terms of service. For any complaint, you agree to contact Customer Care first and allow UIPL to try to resolve the complaint prior to taking any other action. UIPL reserves the right to change these terms of service from time to time at its sole discretion to the extent as permitted by law.
